Delivery Information

Postage and packaging is charged to the customer at the most cost effective price. Please note that delivery to areas outside of the European Union may be subject to additional customs charges/ tax and duty charges. It is the customers duty to pay these additional charges. Please check with your local Government for information prior to ordering

I ship all products worldwide. Every product is dispatched the next working day unless otherwise stated within the product description. All items are packaged carefully to protect them from potential damage in transit. For larger orders I ship in boxes or thick walled postal tubes with additional bubble wrap protection. All other orders are shipped in padded envelopes with each item wrapped in additional bubble wrap. So far I have not had any problems with orders arriving damaged or going missing in transit, but should there be a problem or you have any concerns, please make contact. 


I use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for shipping all products as they have proven to be the most reliable service. It is standard practice for me to offer postage services with insured and tracked delivery options. This helps to ensure in the event of loss or damage in transit that both customer and myself are covered. Offering tracked and signed for delivery gives the customer peace of mind and gives me peace of mind knowing your purchase has arrived safely.


What days to I send out orders?

I post all orders Mondays to Fridays. I may post items on Saturdays during busy periods but the delivery service only picks up parcels from the post office at the end of each working day. I post items next working day but on Fridays I try to get parcels to the post office by the end of the day in time for them to be picked up at the post office. Please try to make your purchases before 1:00PM GMT time on Fridays so I can get them sent out by the end of the day. Again, please note that during this COVID-19 situation your order could be delayed up to 3 days. This is to reduce the amount of visits I need to make to the post office per week.


Delivery services

Please note that economy and international standard services are NOT trackable. However I do keep proof of postage for each order.
